Grinding Process

Crushing

The extracted kaolin material is crushed by jaw crusher to feed fineness (15mm-50mm) that can enter the mill.

Grinding

After crushing, the fine kaolin material is sent to the silo by the hoist, then it is evenly and quantitatively sent to the trapezium mill by the vibrating feeder for grinding.

Powder selection

After grinding, the material is classified by the flour separator. The unqualified powder is classified by the flour separator and then returned to the main machine for re-grinding. Fine powder is separated and collected by air through the pipeline into the dust collector, and then packed into bags.
