Dolomite is a kind of carbonate mineral, the main component of it is MgCO3 or Ca, it includes ankerite and kutnohorite. Its crystal structure just like dolomite, presenting a rhombohedron type. It would bubbles while touching the cold diluted hydrochloric acid. How to define the dolomite is mainly based on its content in the rock, usually this content is no less than 50%.
Powder process technology
First stage: Big dolomite is delivered to hopper, then the material will be delivered into jaw crusher by forklifts or worker, finally the material is broken to a demand size which is no more than the max size of the feed inlet of main unit.
The second stage: The material will be delivered to the receiving hopper after being broken. then material enter into the main unit by vibrating feeder from the hopper.
The third stage: After classified by the classifier, the qualified powder comes out of main unit and enter into the collector through pipes, that is the finished product, however the unqualified parts returns back to the main unit to be grinded again.
The fourth stage: The purified flow of air flows into the blower through the outlet pipe above filter, the whole wind path is a circulatory system, the air flows between grinding chamber and blower is under the positive pressure, the rest work under the negative pressure. Besides, the chamber is also pretty clean.
