Product Introduction
Mine dryer is also called drum dryer. It is mainly composed of rotary body, lifting board, transmission device, support device and sealing ring. It has reasonable structure, high output, low energy consumption and convenient operation. After wet materials are added into the dryer, plate spreaders uniformly distributed in the drum would disperse the materials evenly in the dryer in which materials fully contact with the concurrent hot air, which accelerates the heat transfer and mass transfer. During the drying process, materials continuously move to the star discharge valve at the other end of the dryer under the action of the tilting plate and the hot air flow.
Processing materials: iron oxide sheet, sludge, coke, pig iron scrap, copper concentrate, silicon carbide powder, rare earth, mercury powder, tin powder, cobalt powder, nickel powder, manganese powder, gypsum powder, bentonite, kaolin , iron concentrate, lead fine powder, petroleum coke, gold powder, steel slag, water slag, fluorite, sea sand, river sand, etc.

Product Performance
The dryer is mainly composed of a rotary body, a lifting board, a transmission device, a supporting device and a sealing ring, etc. It has following features:
(1)The dryer adopts a new lifting plate so that materials can be evenly distributed in its radial section and can fully contact the hot air flow so as to fully utilize the heat energy.
(2) The dryer can save energy. About 10-15% of energy can be saved on average.
(3) The dryer has wide applications, suitable for processing coal, granite and other materials.
(4) The dryer can change the operating parameters according to the nature of materials, so that materials can form a stable full face material curtain in the cylinder and the mass and heat exchanges more fully.
(5) The new dryer enhances material cleaning and heat transfer and solves the sticking phenomenon of the internal wall of the cylinder.
