Notes for Vertical Roller Mill Operation

In the initial stage of equipment debugging of vertical mill, one of the problems to be noticed is frequent vibration. There are two solutions： On the one hand, check the nitrogen pressure and control the nitrogen pressure of 5.5-6 MPa. On the other hand, check the position between the main reducer and the center of the pressure frame, and adjust the gap between the pressure frame and the impact plate to be 5-6 mm.

As for the operation of the vertical roller mill, the most important thing is to do a good job in the maintenance of spare parts. In the long-term production process of vertical mill, because there are many grinding processes with materials, there will be the breakage of the fixed bolt of roll skin. Here we remind you that the following aspects should be paid attention to in daily operation:

1. Maintain the load on the roller;

2. The flow velocity is uniform.

3. The flow distribution of the whole grinding roll is uniform.

4. The grinding roll is uniform.

5. Material heating;

6. Maintain the ability of regulation;

7. Use a scraper or brush to clean up the inadequate grinding rollers.
